Xshell/Xftp Free License Non-Compliant Use
If your use of our Free Licensing has been detected as non-compliant, please choose one of the following options to resolve the issue:

NetSarang Computer, Inc. prides itself in providing our powerful SSH and SFTP/FTP client, Xshell and Xftp, with no feature limitations for free. Our free licenses are not just free in price, they are free of advertisements, spyware, or any other method of exploitation of our userbase. However, per our Free License EULA, our free licenses are for non-commercial use only and can only be used for personal and educational use.
Your usage of Xshell and/or Xftp free licensing has been detected as non-compliant to our Free License EULA and your installation of this software is no longer usable. If you would like to continue using Xshell and/or Xftp, please consider purchasing a license to help us continue to develop our software.
FAQ
How have you determined that my usage is non-compliant?
We use publicly available information (e.g. IP ownership information) as well as any information that you provided to us during registration to determine that your usage was non-compliant. How you used our software was not used as a basis for this determination, nor do we receive such information. Please review our Privacy Policy section of our Free License End User License Agreement to learn more about what information is received.
I would like to come into compliance to continue using Xshell and/or Xftp. How can I do so?
You can purchase a license from our online store: https://sales.netsarang.com/e_sales/online_store.html. After purchasing, you will be emailed a product key which you can use to download and install the paid version of the software from our download page here: https://www.netsarang.com/all-downloads/. Install the package over your free license and activate the software using the product key. Your session files, configurations, etc. will be immediately available in the new installation.
I would like to stop using the software to avoid non-compliance. How can I do so?
Please uninstall the software immediately by going to “Apps & features” in Windows settings. Then uninstall Xshell and/or Xftp.
I am in compliance with your Free License EULA. Why am I being prompted about non-compliant use?
